4. Third-Party AI Information
Regarding AI-related services within the product, please understand before using the service that we only provide image processing services, will not extract recognition information, and will not use it for recognition purposes. c.Guidelines for Account Cancellation
Users wishing to delete their accounts can do so via the account deletion feature in the user account of the app. The deletion process will be completed within 7 days, during which the app remains usable. Success in account deletion leads to erasure of all associated data within the app. Deleted accounts cannot be used for future registrations/logins and cannot be restored. During the deletion process, prompt communication with customer service is advised to ensure the request’s success.
Special Note: Information that cannot identify a user either alone or in combination with other data is not considered personal information under legal terms. (1) You can find the account cancellation function in the app under 【My】-【Settings】-【Account & Data】 and submit a cancellation application. Account cancellation will be completed within 7 days. During the account cancellation application period, you can still use the current APP;
(2) Once the account is successfully cancelled, we will clear all data in the current APP (including but not limited to your membership rights and all asset information in the APP), and you will also be unable to use this account to register/log in to the current APP, and it cannot be recovered;
